From 2016 to 2018, I worked in the Visual Resources department at the Minneapolis Institute of Art, helping preserve and digitize the stories of global cultures. Through 3D scanning and photogrammetry, we documented artifacts, each one a vessel of memory, craft, and meaning. It was quiet work with lasting impact, translating the physical into the digital, and the ancient into something future facing.
